Our Teachers

Melinda Cutliff, Director

Passionate about seeing children achieve their dreams, Melinda is a dedicated early childhood educator with a Bachelor’s degree in Family Life Studies and brings a unique blend of academic knowledge and hands-on experience to the field of early childhood education.

Certified as both a birth and postpartum doula, Melinda has extensive experience supporting families during the crucial early stages of a child’s life. After working with infants for serveral years, Melinda recognized that she wanted to go further in her career and open a childcare center where she can bless the lives of children and families and have an even greater impact on her community.

Philosophy

This childcare program integrates the Montessori method with play-based learning to create a balanced, child-centered environment. The philosophy is rooted in the belief that children learn best through play and exploration, which fosters independence, creativity, and a love for learning. The program is designed to be nurturing, safe, and stimulating, ensuring that each child feels valued and supported while encouraging them to set and achieve goals.
