Dear Parents,
Welcome! I am elated to be working with you and your child this school year. My name is Ms. Sarah Bell. Moreover, I have experience in the early childhood, GSRP and head start field for over fifteen years as a lead teacher. My educational background includes the following: Associates Degree of Applied Sciences in Early Childhood Development from Baker College of Owosso, Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and Child Development from Marygrove College, and Master’s Degree in Reading Literacy from Marygrove College and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Concordia University.
Lastly, I believe that teachers and parents are in partnership together to ensure that your child is in a safe, nurturing, and positive learning environment that will help them to become independent and responsible individuals. I look forward to a great, successful, and productive, school year. Finally, my classroom is your classroom. Feel free to volunteer when you are available.
Philosophy
Exciting Life Daycare goal is to provide a comprehensive child development program to children. Our program seeks to develop competencies in communication and conceptual skills, to encourage a feeling of self-worth and promote the physical and mental health of the child and their family.
Exciting Life Daycare wants to ensure that every child receives all of the necessary services that will enhance their development. As an early childhood development program, Exciting Life Daycare promotes language development, gross and fine motor development, social, physical, and emotional development and cognitive development.
We encourage our families to participate in the program by volunteering in the classroom, attending parent meetings/workshops and going on field trips. Our goal is to help children develop a desire to learn to have confidence in themselves and ability to socialize with others. Exciting Life Daycare wants to provide the enrolled child with a comprehensive program that includes a positive educational experience.
