Clarence is a dedicated individual who has spent over two decades working in the public school system in various roles. In 2014, he took a break from education to explore a different career path with Delta Air Lines. However, after five years, he realized that his true passion lay in working with children and teenagers. He decided to start his own organization focused on mentoring and supporting teenagers in the community. Through his work, he has witnessed the positive impact he can have on older children and is now eager to bring that same passion and love for children to families during the most crucial time in a child’s life. Mr. Clarence’s commitment to helping young people reach their full potential shines through in everything he does, making him a valuable asset to the community.
Philosophy
Our childcare program is dedicated to providing a hands-on learning experience for children with a focus on whole child development. Promoting social emotional development, educational skill building, and behavioral and development health we want to ensure we impact each child’s personal growth. Through engaging activities that allow them to learn from nature and the world around them, our students will develop a deeper understanding of their environment and the importance of sustainability. With a focus on literacy and building foundational skills, our program aims to instill a love for learning that will last a lifetime. By exploring other places and cultures, children will develop a curiosity and appreciation for diversity. Through activities such as gardening and other practical learning, children will gain valuable skills that will benefit them both now and in the future. Our program is designed to foster a love for learning and a sense of wonder in every child that walks through our doors.
Location
We are seeking to serve children in the Highland Park area. Our program will offer a space that allows for youth grow and development in a safe clean space.
