Our Teachers

Elana Arrington, Director/Owner Elana graduated from Florida State University in 1995 with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Special Education, concentration in Visual Impairments. An education in the subjects of Mathematics, Science, and Social Science for grades Pre K-12 for 15 years. Behavior Technician for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder for 5 years. Childcare Provider in the Oak Park, MI. Currently CPR/First Aid/ AED Trainer for the American Red Cross. State of Michigan Notary of the Public.

Philosophy

ZoeMya Learning Academy offers a multisensory educational environment centered around the SSTEAMM curriculum. Through Diversified Instruction with Thematic Units, the goal is to enrich learning experiences and cultivate brighter minds by attending to various learning modalities.

We are located in Oak Par, Michigan. In walking distance to Oak Park City Hall and Recreational Center and Parks.

ZoeMya Learning Academy is an early childhood learning environment designed to cultivate and facilitate a child’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical needs in order to build a solid and broad foundation for lifetime learning and wellbeing.
