Our Teachers

Hayley’s passion for nurturing young hearts began in her family’s living room, where she helped care for children in her mom’s in-home daycare starting at a young age. After honing her skills as a lead teacher—welcoming every child, especially those with behavioral challenges or special needs—Hayley expanded her impact at the Hope Network as a Direct Support Professional. There, she facilitated children’s daily experiences, assisted with Applied Behavior Support (ABS) processes, and taught self-regulation techniques to kids on the spectrum or those living apart from their families. Tirelessly committed to vulnerable populations, she equipped each child with the tools they needed to thrive beyond the facility. Alongside guiding discipleship groups and summer camps, Hayley has over four years of teaching experience and is excited to bring her expertise and heart for Christ-centered, nature-based learning to your child’s academic adventure.

Philosophy

At Creation Station, we believe children flourish when every experience points back to Christ’s love and kindness, and when learning unfolds in the beauty of God’s creation. Our nature inspired curriculum uses trails, gardens, and open sky as our classroom to spark curiosity and develop motor skills, while low teacher-child ratios and tailored lesson plans ensure each child receives the individualized attention they need to build confidence and readiness for school. We partner closely with children in their learning experience through library outings, museum visits, and seasonal nature walks—to reinforce learning and create a strong, faith-filled community. Through daily circle time, faith-based stories, and cooperative play, we nurture social-emotional growth, teaching empathy, self-regulation, and compassion in a warm, Christ-centered environment.

About our program

Creation Station is a welcoming, in-home program for children ages 2.5–5 that celebrates hands-on discovery and Christ-like values. We enrich young hearts and minds with cultural adventures—regular library trips and museum excursions—that broaden horizons and inspire stewardship of God’s world. Our emphasis on independence lets children make meaningful choices, from selecting art materials to leading clean-up time, fostering decision-making skills and self-confidence. Outdoor exploration is at the heart of our approach: backyard “labs” and neighborhood hikes become lively settings for science, art, and spiritual reflection, strengthening each child’s connection to creation. We honor neurodiversity by collaborating with families and specialists to craft personalized support, ensuring every learner thrives in our faith-centered, nature-immersed community.
