We embrace hands-on learning, curiosity, and discovery. Location
We’re in the Gainsville neighborhood of Grand Rapids, MI, on a tree-lined street in a single-family home. With easy access to transit, everything from the Library to the local park is just a short walk away. We’re a few blocks away from the local ice cream shop. We reside in a peaceful, quiet location if you’re looking to commute; a parent’s dream!
About our program
Blue Star Kids Care is a high-quality childcare and early learning program designed for children ages 2–15. Our mission is to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children can grow academically and emotionally while developing essential life skills.
We offer a variety of enriching daily experiences such as STEAM-based activities, creative arts, hands-on exploration, social-emotional learning, and homework support. Our staff is trained to support each child’s unique learning style and developmental needs.
We believe in strong communication with families and view parents as essential partners in their child’s education. Together, we work to ensure children feel valued, supported, and motivated to reach their fullest potential.

Submit an Enrollment Application If you’re interested in enrolling, submit an application by selecting Apply to enroll. If this option if not available, you can message the program director.
