Hello All- I am Mrs. Neicy proud owner and director of Loyal & Friends Childcare. I’d like to share a little about myself I am a wife, a mother of two, and an educator with a strong commitment to early childhood development and family support. I hold a two degrees and I’m graduated from Marygrove College. I have years of experience in Human Resources. My background in Human Resources has strengthened my ability to build supportive, organized, and a people-focused environments. My passion for childcare grew from personal experience. When seeking care for my second child, I struggled to find a program that offered the quality, attentiveness, and nurturing environment every child deserves. This experience inspired me to create Loyal & Friends a childcare home where children are valued, prioritized, and cared for as if they were my own.

I can’t say enough about the love and dedication Mrs.Neicy put into caring for children. She’s patient, nurturing, and truly has a gift for connecting with little ones. I’ve seen firsthand how much joy she brings to kids, and how safe and supported families feel when she’s involved. Any parent looking for a daycare where their child will be cared for like family can trust that this is the perfect place. Mrs.Neicy doesn’t just watch children—she helps them grow and learn ~ Leah Hunter

Charnise Harris has been an achiever, ever since the age of 12 when she rang my doorbell asking if she could work at my daycare. I told her she has to been 14years to work at my daycare and believe me, at 14years old she was an employee of Mrs. Sheila’s DayCare and worked throughout her High School years. Charnise Harris took pride in her job working with the children and being a role model for them. I watched Charnise Harris, marry and become a loving wife and a mom to two beautiful children. I can honestly say Charnise Harris has the morals and standards that I would look for in my childcare provider. ~ (Sheila Wilkerson licensed provider for 24 years)

Neicy is one of the most hardworking, thoughtful and intentional women I know. I do not say that because she is one of my long term friends, but because she shows up passionately in all does, personally and professionally. I would trust my 4 children in her care and know that they will have a memorable and fun experience. As a mother that runs a business myself, I know how hard it is to find childcare, if you are searching for a safe and loving environment for your children to thrive, I highly recommend my her!
