Tiffany Crout, Head Imaginarian (fancy name for Program Designer)
A Detroit native, Ms. Tiffany is a 3-in-one superhero. 1/3 passionate Cultural Communications Consultant, 1/3 Intercultural Literacy Development Advocate who believes deeply in the power of community, and 1/3 Musician and Tea Enthusiast. Throughout her tenure, she’s culminated her personal and professional experience and examined how thorough communication seemingly quantifies human connection. Her life’s contribution has included designing and facilitating projects that isolate the intersectional role literacy, language, and communication play in healthily actualizing.
