My philosophy as a teacher is to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for children, where they feel safe to explore, initiate learning, and feel empowered to experiment, make mistakes, and express themselves. I believe in incorporating play into the curriculum to tap into children’s natural curiosity, fostering a love for learning. In a play-based classroom, I provide open-ended materials, opportunities for group play, collaboration, and communication to develop social skills and teamwork.
