Meet Tess Adams, Founder and Minister
Tess graduated from Grandview University in 2020, is certified as a Recovery Coach and Quality Mental Health Professional and is a Licensed Minister.
As a single mother, of three, Tess discovered the challenges of attempting to raise children who are academically, mentally and spiritually strong while living in subsidized housing.
It was her faith that sustained her and her family, and now, she is committed to becoming a ‘hand of hope’ to the hardworking families of the students she serves.
With over 10 years of mentoring and coaching disadvantaged youth, Tess is an expert at trauma recovery and promoting better behavioral health outcomes.
Tess believes in the art of ‘home-schooling’ as a means of establishing a strong foundation faith, where students will develop a love for community and learn to function as a family.
She has a dynamic team of God-fearing tenured educators, who are not only experts of child development best practices, but who were prayerfully selected as vessels of God’s grace and wisdom, because they have also walked through the fire, and emerged as beacons of hope, so TOGETHER, we will ‘Inspire the Leaders of Tomorrow, Today”.

Kingdom Kids provides an early education program that infuses a unique blend of school readiness tools with Christian values, that not only prepares students for academic success, but also equips them a foundation of faith-based values and virtues that they will use to make a positive change in their communities and beyond. Our dedicated staff does more than ‘teach’, we INSPIRE, UPLIFT, and CULTIVATE an environment where every student feels SEEN, HEARD, and LOVED for exactly who they are. Our online curriculum allows us to excel in catering to students with special learning requirements or diverse learning styles, and ensures we provide a supportive and inclusive learning atmosphere to empower our students to become compassionate leaders and ambassadors of Christ’s love in the world.
