Philosophy

At Country Bear Daycare our mission is to provide child care that meets the needs of each child and family in a safe, educational environment. We pride our centers focus on the individual needs of each child, while providing quality, reliable and safe child care. Our goals are to create a child care setting for social, cognitive, and physical development, to provide a nurturing environment, to provide learning experiences for our children through play, group, independent and one on one environment’s. We provide a preschool program, readying children for lifelong learning. Country Bear Daycare offers the opportunity for each child to develop physically, emotionally, socially and cognitively according to their individual learning style. Each child is considered unique in their own strengths and abilities. Our curriculum is planned to enhance and challenge particular, distinct individual needs, interests and abilities. We consider each child’s personal Activities and relationships occur in a healthy, positive and safe environment. Country Bear Daycare is an inclusive program. We celebrate every child in our childcare, acknowledging that each child brings something special into our group setting. We take into consideration a child’s primary language and culture background when planning activities; we celebrate their culture and diversity and incorporate their language and practices into their day. We take children with all abilities. We work with families and children with IEPs and/or specials needs. Our goal is to work with parents and children with IEPs and cater and or adjust our program to insure these children have the safest and successful environment possible while in our care.
