Our Teachers

The primary teacher, Dorisha Johnson has been in childcare since 1994. She is a certified K-3 teacher with a Associate Degree in Child Development/Education and BS in Social Sciences. She is a Level 6 Credentialed provider, and is currently a Level 4 Maryland Excels provider, working towards National Accreditation.

The co-provider/ teacher, Tierra Dotson is Credentialed at a Level 4. She has a degree in psychology and has been in childcare for 10+ years.

Both caregivers have been CPR/ First Aid trained.

Philosophy

Evolving Minds plans to help develop positive self-image of children while offering learning opportunities of exploration, experimentation, and critical thinking. Our goal is the address the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of each child, for every child has the ability to learn.
