Testimonials

Testimonial for Hollie Kelly

“As a very hands-on mom, I was extremely hesitant to leave my children with anyone. My family is so grateful for James Luke Kid’s 4, Sherry Darden, and her team of childcare experts. In the year and a half, my children have stayed with Sherry, I have never felt more comfortable and safe leaving my children anywhere else. The kids are always doing new crafts and activities, keeping their little minds busy, learning all new things. I never have to worry about their nutritional intake because Sherry is on top of it at all times. My son, struggled with participating with peers and his handwriting, Sherry has worked on these things so much with him; we see more and more improvement every week. My daughter is headstrong and is working on potty training and identifying numbers and letters; Sherry keeps helping her move forward with these things every day. When I express any concerns with the kids in a specific area of development, Sherry and her team are right on top of it helping me and my children navigate the way through. I could never recommend a better program for an infant, toddler, or child to have the privilege to partake in, for our family Sherry and James Luke Kids has been a dream come true!”

Philosophy

Here at James Luke Kids 4, Family child care in a “home like” setting is the best alternative there is for working parents. It provides a small secure environment for children during the most important time of their development. Family child care offers a home away from home, providing children with “siblings” of all ages, to play, socialize, and learn from.

Learning is not necessarily the ABC’s and 123’s, but is also the learning of values. The learning of honesty, respect, self–reliance, and potential, self-discipline, and moderation, the values of being; dependable, loved, sensitive to others, kind, friendly and fair.
