Our Teachers

Since the year 2001 I have maintained my commitment to the profession of childcare. One of my proudest accomplishments was having the privilege of working with an extremely dedicated and talented teaching team for the _National Aeronautics and Space Administration_  (N.A.S.A.) Child Development Center located in Greenbelt, Maryland.

Over the years I have continued my education by enrolling and receiving my Associates of Science for Early Childhood Development and am currently enrolled at Towson State University for the Bachelor of Arts Early Childhood Education degree.

Testimonials

Your children will be so prepared when they enter kindergarten. - Physical Therapist B.C.I.T.P.

“Sending my sons to day care was not something I was looking forward to, but the way you interacted with the other children during my visit, as well as your open door policy slowly gave me the piece of mind that I needed.” - D.W., parent

Philosophy

Our childcare facility’s philosophy is deeply rooted in The Reggio Emilia Approach®, recognizing the strong potentialities of each child. Inspired by this approach, we aim to nurture children’s natural curiosity, creativity, and sense of wonder. Through hands-on exploration, collaborative learning, and strong relationships, we believe in empowering children as capable and curious learners. Our thoughtful environment is designed to inspire discovery, while our teachers serve as co-learners and guides, supporting each child’s unique interests and ideas. Ultimately, our philosophy aims to foster confidence, critical thinking skills, and a lifelong love of learning in our young learners.

About our program

Our program was selected from hundreds of applicants to become a part of the ASPIRE PreK team. ASPIRE is a state-funded program through the Maryland State Department of Education that supports home-based providers as they deliver high-quality PreK.
