Our Teachers

I have been a family provider since 2001. I have 3 sons ages 31, 28, and 14 1/2. I have 1 grandson who is 2 years old. I love what I do. I’m currently enrolled at Coppin State University obtaining a BS in Early Childhood Human Development. I am a part of the Alliance program which prepares children for Kindergarten.

Philosophy

Aspire PreK program for 3-4 years old in the Aspire PreK program for 3-4 years old preparing them for K, Shan’s Christian Child Care is a family provider licensed by the state of Maryland that provides Christian education to children in a family setting. Our philosophy is based on Proverbs 22:6, with a commitment to the spiritual, academic, emotional, social, and physical growth of children of all ages. Our goal is to serve each family in a safe and nurturing environment.
