Our Teachers

I have been working in childcare for over 20 years and all have 20 been spent operating a home based childcare program. I have an Associate’s Degree and I am CPR and First Aide Certified. I continue to participate in continued education programs that are offered. I am passionate about working with children of all ages and I love the comfortable environment that home based care creates. I believe in making learning fun for each individual child and preparing children for when they leave my program.

Philosophy

Our philosophy includes developing an individual plan for each child, offering meals and assisting with potty training, and providing age-appropriate learning and play activities. Additionally, we aim to create a small, secure environment that simulates a home-like setting for children’s crucial developmental stage. We believe in fostering a safe, nurturing, and learning-focused space where learning is enjoyable and varied. By working closely with the families we serve, we strive to support the overall well-being and positive growth of children.

About our program

Our goal is to individualize our approach for each child and meet them where they are to help them best succeed. We accept and love all children, including those that receive additional services. We have an open-door policy that allows other professionals to come into the home and offer services for an individual child as identified by the parent. My goal is to work with parents to ensure that we are all working together to best support every child.
