Our director, India Petty, at Creating Milestones Child Care Ministry has years of experience working with children. As a mother herself she also is a Registered Nurse with a pediatric background.
Our Lead Teacher and Nursery Assistant Kandice Harding, also a mother, has years of experience with in home child care from birth to 12 years of age.
Both of their favorite things about being a childcare provider is developing relationships with the children that they teach and their families. They believe that small class size and the development of a strong community allows them and their team to really know each child as an individual and to provide a solid and supportive foundation in the early years.

At our ministry, we strive to create a learning environment that is a safe and caring community of young explorers inspired by the Bright Wheel Curriculum. Our program is a place where children can learn through doing, invent through making, and solve problems by working together. We believe that when children are truly engaged with their environment, magic happens. Our team of experienced and innovative teachers do this by creating a space driven by the interests and ideas of the children who inhabit it.

Located on the Westside of Indianapolis just minutes away from I-465 and I-70 allowing easy access for transit. In a small strip center, away from the heavy traffic flow provides a safe location. We have fenced in outside play area and plenty of parking spaces to allow convenient pick up/ drop off for parents and students.

Here at Creating Milestones Child Care Ministry, we teach the concepts of math, science, engineering, art, social sciences and early literacy through our play-based, child-led curriculum. We use the interests and ideas of the children as a jumping off place. The materials are open-ended and invite discovery. Children make their own investigations and draw their own conclusions whenever possible. With the number #1 child care software program and curriculum we believe that Bright Wheel aides in elevating early learning for developing minds.
