Akira German-Beeman, Founder & Executive Director With over 22 years of leadership in early childhood education, Akira German-Beeman is the heart and vision behind Totly Childcare Ministry. As an innovative educator, entrepreneur, and community advocate, she is committed to creating high-quality childcare systems that support both children and families. Her hands-on approach, strategic leadership, and passion for excellence have made Totly a trusted, nurturing, and forward-thinking childcare ministry for over 14 years.
