Mariama Thomas. Director/Owner
Mariama received her CDA in early childhood development in 2020. Mariama, have been in the early childhood development field for 6 years. The business was passed down from her mother-in-law. She is the one that give me the opportunity to become a business own. During, my years in early childhood development I realized that I am passionate in supporting my community and the children in it to provide a foundation in developing they brains and growth.
Philosophy
Genesis 1 HCC, I believe integrating physical and emotion activity in early childhood development as we align with Indiana Early Foundations. My goal is to provide a nurturing home away from home that supports the whole child socially, emotionally, physically, and intellectually. I believe in gentle discipline that teaches empathy and respect, and I see every child as a unique individual with their own rhythm and personality.
