Our Teachers
Hello, my name is Miss Terika! I am the mother of Three Kings, and my heart and passion is loving on and nurturing children. I am known to many as “Mother Goose” because I prefer to spend my time caring for children and if money were not a factor, I would have a football team! I am a graduate of Michigan State University where I studied Food Industry Marketing Management. I have spent the majority of my career working in Corporate America as a Regional Marketing Manager. I’ve recently decided to leave Corporate America to operate in my passion as it will give me the most gratification and fulfillment! I have also obtained an Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education from Oakland City University.

Our mission at Future Scholars Daycare is to provide top quality childcare to our children while fostering a foundation for educational success for our future leaders. We believe in a balanced approach to learning that encompasses the many different ways in which children learn: through play, child- directed activities, hands-on learning, and also by using traditional educational methods

Our goal is to build knowledge, confidence, and aid in cultivating a hunger for education in our future leaders.
