Pamela Hinson, Owner
Twenty-seven years ago, Pamela established her home daycare to actively participate in her daughter’s upbringing. In the process, she served as a Girl Scout troop leader for a decade and a youth developmental specialist for six years. Three years ago, she earned her National CDA and launched a large home daycare named Building Blocks to Learning LLC. Her growth continued as she achieved accreditation and the gold seal two years ago. Currently, she is a lead mentor with ELC, guiding others in starting their home daycares, and serves on the advisory committee of the Pinellas County Licensed Board. Pamela is a proponent of the idea that a smaller learning environment lays the groundwork for children’s early development. Building Blocks to Learning boasts excellent teachers: Aldron Hinson, full-time, Kierra Keys, part-time, and Marcella Ruso, substitute, all equipped with training credentials, National CDA, School Readiness preservice training, and a shared zeal for child education.
Philosophy
