Our Teachers

Ms. Danielle has over 35+ years of childcare experience. Being raised in a family childcare home I understand the importance of making every child feel loved and safe in a family environment. I have many credentials that benefits children cognitive, emotional, and developmental skills. I have been a preschool teacher, I have worked in childcare facilities, I have helped manage and run several in home children home centers and have also worked in Montessori schools. I specialize in learning through play, movement, dance, music and hand on learning. I lean towards Waldorf style learning.

Ms. Jersey has worked in a family childcare home facility as a manager for several years. She is holistic driven and leans towards Montessori learning styles. The children love to play with Ms. Jersey! She has been working within the childcare industry since 2016.

Together we encompass the perfect duo to provide quality care, love and learning experiences. Building relationships with not only the children but also with the parents. This creates a natural ways for children to develop and build confidence.

All staff are First Aid certified. All state classes up to date.

We have experience with children from all needs of the spectrum. From special needs with feeding, speech, developmental, adhd. Includes supporting when they are in need of occupational therapy, physical therapy and speech therapy.

Philosophy

Our onboarding philosophy combines elements of Waldorf, Montessori, and Personal care engagement to cultivate curious, independent, and well-rounded learners in a family-like setting. This approach provides a rich learning environment that supports each child’s development by weaving together different approaches and offering personalized care tailored to each child’s unique needs and interests.

In addition, our program is nature and nurture based, emphasizing the importance of allowing children to explore and learn independently with gentle guidance when necessary. We believe in building children’s confidence through successful experiences, often incorporating examples, dramatic play, and demonstrations to facilitate learning. We prioritize building strong relationships with both children and parents to create a supportive and enriching environment for the child’s development and confidence.
