Meet Our Teachers Ms Rashmi and Ms Pooja.
Ms. Rashmi – Owner & Lead Teacher Ms. Rashmi is the owner of the daycare and has over 4 years of experience caring for and teaching young children. She believes in creating a warm, safe, and nurturing environment where children feel comfortable exploring and learning at their own pace. A key focus of her teaching is building independence—encouraging children to try things on their own, make simple choices, and develop confidence in their everyday routines. She is also closely involved in planning activities, meals, and the overall learning experience for the children.
Ms. Pooja – Teacher Ms. Pooja is a passionate and caring teacher with over 2 years of experience working with young children. She enjoys engaging children through age-appropriate activities, play, music, and hands-on learning. Her patient and positive approach helps children feel comfortable, supported, and excited to participate. She pays close attention to each child’s individual personality and needs and loves celebrating their small milestones and accomplishments.

At Ms. Rashmi’s Daycare, we believe that young children learn best when they feel safe, loved, and free to explore the world around them. Our daycare is a warm and nurturing place where children can learn through play, hands-on experiences, and everyday interactions.

Ms. Rashmi’s Daycare is located in the peaceful Santa Teresa neighborhood of San Jose, in a quiet residential community surrounded by a welcoming family-oriented neighborhood.
We are conveniently located near La Colina, Santa Teresa County Park, and major roads including Highways 85 and 101, making drop-off and pickup convenient for families in South San Jose and nearby communities.
Our home-based daycare provides a warm, comfortable environment where children can learn, play, and grow throughout the day. While we enjoy having beautiful parks and open spaces nearby, our daily activities take place at the daycare, where children have a safe and engaging space designed especially for them.
We love being part of the Santa Teresa community and providing families with a nurturing, home-like place where their little ones can feel comfortable, build friendships, develop independence, and enjoy learning through everyday experiences.
