Our Teachers

My name is Yeimmi, I grew up in El Salvador with a large family, which is where I started taking care of my little cousins and other small family members. Later on in life I had my own children and they helped me discover my love and passion for children and it let me see how much love they have to offer. I have over 13 years of professional nanny experience where I have taken care of children ages 0 to 10 years, I’ve done single care childcare but most of my experience has been in share care arrangements. My believe is that children need to be raised in a loving environment where they know they are safe and once they know they have that with me I start introducing them to child age appropriate activities and play dates with children ages 0 to 3.

Testimonials

What parents have said about me:

“Yeimmi is a loving, caring mother to her own three children, and uses her experience as a mom and extensive experience as a nanny to inform her care of children. With her help, our second daughter was potty trained (including nighttime) at just over 2 years old!. Also our daughter had never been cared for by anyone but her parents and grandparents. After the first day, she would reach her arms out to Yeimmi, knowing that she would be happy and loved and cared for during the whole day.” Gadgil Family.

“Yeimmi cared for my daughter from 2012-2014, from age 1 to age 3. My daughter is now 11 and still talks about Yeimmi with such fondness. She often took our daughter on adventures, spent lots of time outdoors at the park, and exploring the area.” Avendano Family.

“Yeimmi’s caretaking included lots of singing, reading and playing with the children. She always kept the children active and engaged and would take them to activities including playgrounds, story time at the library, museums and even the zoo. She also sends daily pictures and videos of the children. She did a great job helping to expand the palates of my picky eaters!” Garcia Giacomo Family.

Philosophy

My philosophy is Nature and play base where children are free to explore and play while we are out and about exploring places and museums, but at the same time I’m there when they need my guidence and help. I believe that children are capable of doing more things when we encourage them to do things by themselves specially when they go from infancy to toddlerhood because they are looking for more independency.
