Philosophy
We believe that children learn through playing and exploring. We strive to create a fun learning environment where children are encouraged to engage in activities that help them learn and develop. Children’s play is extremely vital to healthy physical development, acceptable social skills, and cognitive growth.
We believe young children can learn another language if given the opportunity to experiment with the new language and culture in a motivating environment. When children are engaged in social interactions with interesting activities in Spanish, language learning is natural. A Spanish language play-based program where children experience Spanish in a meaningful, real-life context is very effective.
Children are precious and must receive care from adults who are capable and compassionate and whose values enable them to be excellent role models. The provider relationship with parents is also very important. We partner with parents to raise healthy, happy children and emphasize two-way communication as essential to this partnership.
Location
We’re located in the center of San Francisco in the charming neighborhood of Noe Valley at 440 29th Street San Francisco, CA 94131.
