Our Teachers

Hi! I am Laura, the founder of Just Kids Preschool. I was inspired to start my own program because I have loved working with children since I was young. I started working in an in-home daycare in 2011. Since then, I went from managing my mom’s daycare, Little Prodigy Daycare to owning it. I have always dreamt of creating a preschool program of my own since I was in school for early childhood education. I have 12 years of experience working with young children.

Philosophy

Our philosophy combines elements of Montessori, Reggio Emilia, High Scope, and Waldorf play-based approaches. We believe in creating a nurturing environment where children feel safe, loved, and empowered to explore their interests. Our program is designed to support children in growing, learning, and thriving while feeling welcomed and at home.

About our program

⭐ We require school shoes to keep our environment clean from outside debris. ⭐ We love referrals! To show our appreciation for a referral that enrolls, we discount your tuition per referral. ⭐We encourge parents to volunteer and get involved in our classroom! ⭐ We love feedbacks and suggestions from our families. We want to make all our children feel comfortable and safe in our classroom. The best way is to hear what their parents have to say and take their suggestions into consideration to meet their child’s needs.

We now offer daily rates and weekly rates on drop-in basis until we are at full capacity. If you need childcare to go to an appointment, clean, or a break, please email us at [email protected]. We accept children ages 2 years to 5 years old. Potty training is not required.
