Our Teachers

Hi, my name is Venus Rabizadeh, and I have 16 years of experience working with young children. I have taught preschool and worked with children ranging from infancy to five years old. I love working with children because they are authentic and express their emotions without fear. Their vulnerability and bravery inspire me to stay grounded in my own authentic self.

I graduated in 2006 from California State University, Northridge with a degree in Liberal Arts. I also hold 36 units in Child Development, a Site Supervisor Permit, and a CPR certification.

In my spare time, I enjoy going to the gym, watching movies, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Our program also includes dedicated Assistant Teachers. Our team is loving, experienced, and deeply committed to providing a stable and caring environment. At House of Cuties Wonderschool, we believe consistency and comfort are essential to a successful preschool experience—for children, their families, and our staff.

Testimonials

“I am beyond happy to have had Ms. Venus take care and teach my child. Everything from communication to potty training, art and sensory activities, to holiday shows were amazing and she is also happy to babysit on non school days! I would recommend anyone to have their child under Ms. Venus’s care.” - Marisol

Philosophy

We are open for enrollments!

We believe each child is a unique individual who needs a secure, caring, and stimulating atmosphere in which to grow and mature emotionally, intellectually, physically, and socially. It is our desire as educators to help children meet their fullest potential in these areas by providing an environment that is safe, supports risk-taking, and invites a sharing of ideas.

The three key elements that support our learning philosophy are

  • The teacher acts as a guide
  • Teachers allow the child’s natural curiosity to direct their learning
  • We encourage respect for all things and all people

Location

House of Cuties Wonderschool is located in a welcoming, cozy apartment in the Reseda neighborhood. Our neighborhood is clean, quiet, and safe. We are very close to the bus stop and just 10 minutes away from the 101 and 405 freeways. Children will have some outdoor time everyday at mix of both our private yard and local parks and playgrounds.

About our program

Our Philosophy

At the heart of our care is the “Whole Child” approach, combining education, nurturing care, nutrition, and play. We prioritize each child’s safety, happiness, and well-being, giving parents peace of mind while their children are with us. Open communication, daily reports, and an open-door policy help foster trust and satisfaction within our program.

Our Environment

We create a loving, calm, and nurturing atmosphere where children learn to understand the world through verbal communication, sensory play, storytelling, and music exploration.

Each day begins with engaging circle time, introducing children to colors, shapes, numbers, and letters in a fun, interactive way.

We include arts and crafts in our daily routine—embracing creativity with materials like paint, play dough, and other familiar (and sometimes surprising!) supplies.

Hands-on activities support the development of fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and early problem-solving.

Social awareness and peer interaction are key parts of each toddler’s day. We guide children in resolving conflicts and consistently reinforce rules to promote emotional growth and learning.

Commitment to Growth

As educators, we are dedicated to continuously enhancing our curriculum, skills, and knowledge to provide the highest quality care.

Meals

We serve nutritious, hot lunches daily, featuring options like chicken, vegetables, and fruit. Healthy, age-appropriate snacks are also offered between meals.
