Our Teachers
Director, Meghan O’Reilly-Green BCaBA, is a behavior analyst with 20 years of experience in early childhood education and development. She is passionate about helping children to develop their best self! She enjoys teaching social-emotional skills, confidence and self-efficacy. She loves helping the children learn through singing and teaching them to enjoy a plant-based diet.
Yunfang Yuan is a native Mandarin speaker with 7 years of teaching experience in early childhood education. She specializes in teaching Mandarin to young children. She especially enjoys teaching Mandarin literacy and conducting science experiments in Mandarin with children.

Philosophy
Our philosophy at STEMsprouts Wonderschool is deeply rooted in nurturing children’s well-being, fostering secure caregiver attachment, and promoting a love of learning within a sustainable and eco-friendly environment. Our focus on social-emotional learning, healthy eating habits, and self-directed exploration is complemented by a science-based curriculum that encourages curiosity and critical thinking. With an emphasis on low waste practices and a plant-based diet, we strive to create a nurturing atmosphere where children feel happy, secure, and loved while developing essential life skills and growing their knowledge in a bilingual setting.

STEMsprouts is located in Redwood City within walking distance of 3 parks, the public library and the San Mateo history museum.
About our program
We use latest methods in science-based learning to foster a child’s confidence and competence. We teach the skills necessary for academic success in elementary school in a happy, loving environment.

Join the STEMsprouts Wonderschool community in four easy steps:
1. Explore our website
We’ve provided information about our philosophies and offerings to help you decide if our program may be right for your family.
2. Schedule a phone interview “tour”
At the moment I am conducting phone based “tours” to explain the philosophy of the program and see if we might be a match. Please schedule a time that works for you and I will call you at the appointed time to discuss the program.
3. Apply for a spot on the waiting list.

4. Visit the school with your child:
After confirming your spot on the waiting list you will be invited to have your child join the school for a few hours for a playdate. You will be able to see the facilities and meet the other children and then you can leave your child with us for an hour or two to see how they might settle in to the group. Following the playdate if you feel it is a good match, you will be invited to enroll by sending an enrollment invitation. You will have 24 hours to accept before the next family on the list will be offered a spot.
5. Submit an Enrollment Application after invited
If you would like to enroll, please submit an application at www.wonderschool.com/stemsprouts-ws/apply – Please note that we require tours for all prospective families. Please do not submit an application if you have not visited the school.
4. Enroll
After reviewing your application, we’ll send an enrollment invitation. Upon accepting your invitation you’ll pay your enrollment fee, fill out enrollment documents and review our Parent Handbook.
