Our Teachers
Miss Tiani is a mother of 5 and an early childhood educator with over 20 years of experience. She has educated and cared for 300+ kids as teacher, director, and principal of leading commercial preschool brands such as Genius Kids and Goddard Academy. She is thrilled to be starting the preschool & daycare that so many families have been asking her for!
Philosophy
Miss Tiani believes each child came to this world with unique gifts and it’s her honor and joy to help them develop these gifts. She is focused on meeting each child exactly where they are and customizing the learning and care experience for them. Miss Tiani started her career as an art education teacher so her artistic training background is deeply embedded to the curriculum.
Our preschool is also unique for the following reasons: -We strongly encourage parent/teacher communication and miss Tiani will be giving you updates on your child with text & photos & regular developmental updates -We curate resources for parents and are always in talk with potential partners for special perks (e.g., we recently secured a partnership for a free speech therapy session for our parents) -We believe in building community for our parents and will be hosting gatherings throughout the year
Location
We are in the Cypress Grove community of Rancho Cordova on a tree lined street in a single family home. We are close to parks, trails, schools and located in a beautiful, quiet, and safe neighborhood.
About our program
Miss Tiani’s life motto is simple: to help others. This guiding principle drives her passion in caring for children and supporting families.
Her child care framework is centered around helping each child explore the world through play, curiosity, and joy. Her curriculum reflects a play-based learning style augmented by regular exposure to creative domains of art, music, dance, and others.
Connecting with each child’s family is considered just as much a part of the care provided by Miss T’s daycare. One of Miss T’s most treasured parts of being a teacher is the opportunity to establish a relationship with the rest of the family, her student’s guardians and their siblings! It is important to have an open line of communication so each child’s family home environment can continue to support the development that takes place in the daycare. Miss T is most proud of the network of families that have followed her from school to school for years, and now to her own daycare.
