She holds a Master of Arts in Urban Education with a focus on policy and administration from Loyola Marymount University and a Master of Sciences in Early Childhood Education for Johns Hopkins University. Currently she is pursuing a Masters in Counseling at Kaiser Permanente School of Allied Health Sciences to become a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. About our program
At our outdoor play group, kids have the opportunity to explore their natural environment, play with open-ended brain-stimulating toys, and learn to navigate social relationships. We use culturally-responsive materials that reflect many different cultures and environments. We teach concepts of math, science, art, and literacy through our play-based, child-led curriculum.
