Our Teachers

Teacher Taylor comes with extensive knowledge in child development and early childhood education. Before opening up her first home-based preschool program, she was a lead teacher for the San Francisco Unified School District. She left the school district to create affordable high quality education opportunities in her own neighborhood. Taylor has worked with children for over ten years and continues to hone her craft. She holds a Master of Arts in Urban Education with a focus on policy and administration from Loyola Marymount University and a Master of Sciences in Early Childhood Education for Johns Hopkins University. Currently she is pursuing a Masters in Counseling at Kaiser Permanente School of Allied Health Sciences to become a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She is so excited to continue working with students in this new capacity.

We love Taylor. She does a great job, and her place is always so clean and organized and full of great educational toys. My son loves it there. We feel very lucky to have found Little Me.

About our program

At our outdoor play group, kids have the opportunity to explore their natural environment, play with open-ended brain-stimulating toys, and learn to navigate social relationships. We use culturally-responsive materials that reflect many different cultures and environments. We teach concepts of math, science, art, and literacy through our play-based, child-led curriculum.
