Hi, I’m Fiona! I have been working with young learners since 2015 and have nearly 10 years of experience in early childhood education. My journey started in China, where I served as a teacher and Assistant Principal at a large-scale early learning center. Since moving to the Bay Area, I have spent the last four years as a Montessori preschool teacher. I love combining my leadership background with my hands-on classroom experience to help every child thrive!
Philosophy
My teaching philosophy is deeply rooted in the Montessori method, focusing on fostering independence and self-discipline. I believe in “following the child”—creating a prepared environment where children can explore at their own pace. In my classroom, I prioritize hands-on learning and practical life skills, ensuring that every child feels empowered to master their environment and develop a lifelong love for discovery.
Location
Nestled in a safe and quiet residential neighborhood, our program offers an ideal environment for young children to explore. We are fortunate to be within walking distance of Fairmont terrace park, where our students enjoy daily outdoor activities and nature walks. Being surrounded by lush green spaces and modern playgrounds allows us to integrate physical development and environmental education seamlessly into our daily routine.
