Linda Bey, Owner I graduated from Penny Valley Community. I have an associate. degree. I am married and have four children and one . and one grandson. I have been involved with children for over twenty-five years with the Kansas City school. I have had the desire to work with children all my life. so I open a children’s care family home. So that I can serve children in my community.
Filosofía
Here at TEDDYBEARS, my goal is to teach and have a very caring and safe environment for our children. I do follow the Reggio Emilia. We work very hard to help get children ready for kindergarten. I also teach social and emotional. We try to help with problem-solving. I truly believe that every child has the right to be educated. We love to Identify the letters of the alphabet.

Acerca de nuestro programa
Here at Teddy Bear’s and Rainbows, we teach each child social emotional skills, how to respect each other’s belongings, early literacy, and concepts like art and science. Before eating a meal, we teach children how to bless their food, and while they are eating, we talk about good nutrition versus bad nutrition. The materials we use are open-ended and invite discovery. We encourage children to think independently and teach them that there is no right or wrong way of doing something.
