Hello, I am Tiana Dabney and I have been working in child care for five years now. I absolutely love my job and find it incredibly rewarding to watch the children in my care learn and grow from their experiences.

As a child care provider, I specialize in working with autistic students and have tailored my approach to best meet their unique needs. I believe in creating a play-based environment that encourages exploration and creativity, while also providing structure and routine to help them feel safe and secure.

Working with autistic students has taught me so much about the power of patience and empathy. I have learned to be more mindful of their sensory needs and how to communicate effectively with them. It’s incredibly fulfilling to watch these children make progress and overcome challenges in their own unique ways.

In my child care program, I strive to provide a warm and welcoming environment where children can feel safe and cared for. I believe in fostering a sense of community and encouraging children to work together, share, and respect one another.
