Margarita - Director

I am a passionate educator who has been dedicated to learning the most effective teaching strategies for over fifteen years.  My passion for children began in my teenage years, when I volunteered to watch three young girls.  I learned it was important for children to feel safe and secure, and this opened my eyes to a future career in working with young children. I look forward to instilling compassion and understanding in children, their families, and my community as I work in this profession.  I believe the greatest gift I can give to children, parents and colleagues is my time and energy.  My main goal is to help children reach age appropriate milestones, while also providing them with the most positive and friendly learning environment possible.

Guadalupe Martinez - Lead Teacher

Born in the vibrant Mexico City on March 4, 1965, Guadalupe Martinez is a mature and well balanced teacher of our school as well as a loving spouse and mother of 6 grown children, plus her dog Chip! As a resident of the city of Madison for almost a decade she feels quite familiar with the need for quality early education in Madison. While being a teacher she is also finishing her Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education at Madison college. She likes working with children and esteems children as tomorrow’s bright future. She feels honored to be able to guide and prepare these special people entrusted to her care. She is always respectful, kind, sincere and reliable.

About our program

A Family Approach

Anthony’s Bilingual Preschool is a family owned and operated school. Our teachers blend theoretical and practical knowledge of early childhood development and education with a deep love for your child – seeing them as an extension of our own family. We started this school out of love for children and because of our desire to offer a communal, familial approach to childcare in Madison. We can’t wait to welcome your family into our own!

COVID-19 Updates

At Anthony’s Bilingual Preschool, we require our teachers to wear scrubs when working with infants and toddlers. We require the use of facemasks at all of our sites. We require regular handwashing of all our teachers and our students especially before meals. While the weather is still accommodating we are maximizing our outdoor space for learning and play at all of our sites. Our teachers are diligent to clean all the toys the children used before the end of the day.
