Jessica C. Testerman, Owner/Program Director
Mrs. Testerman started in Childcare in May 2003 as an assistant teacher at DRMC CCC, she has also worked as a Lead Teacher, Kitchen support, Program Coordinator, Assistant Director and Director of 2 program simultaneously before her dream of owning her own center became a reality in 2019. Having worked from the ground up has given her the knowledge and skills to run a high-quality childcare center. Mrs. Testerman is hands on and helps in the classrooms daily. She is the mother of 3 and she and her Husband have been married since 2005. Jessica’s favorite thing about what she does is the lasting relationship that she builds with the children and families that she serves. She believes that the development of a strong community allows her and her staff to really know each child as an individual and to provide a solid and supportive foundation for all the children in HHCDC’s care.

Philosophy
Children should be treated with dignity, respect, and feel safe in a secure environment. All children should have the opportunity to learn through play at thear own pace. Exceptional care will be provided so parents/caregivers may pursue their goals in education or employment, knowing their children are secure and thriving in their daily care setting
