Philosophy

Our onboarding philosophy involves Play Theory, which emphasizes cognitive development in children by engaging in play activities that aid in language development and understanding the external world through problem-solving and role-playing.

In addition to our Play Theory approach, we deeply value human diversity and advocate for the fair treatment of all individuals. Our goal is to create an environment that fosters creativity, independence, and responsibility in children, guiding them towards becoming self-directed adults capable of making their own decisions. We believe in continuous learning and growth as adults to cultivate harmonious relationships and provide children with love, understanding, warmth, and support.

Our core beliefs in Early Childhood Education stem from the principle that every child deserves to feel good about themselves, with teachers playing a crucial role in building their self-esteem. We base all educational and guidance decisions on a strong foundation of child development knowledge. Recognizing and respecting the unique needs of each individual while understanding the importance of rights and responsibilities towards others is fundamental to our philosophy.

About our program

At our school, we help foster growth in Christian character while intentionally helping each child reach their potential and achieve success. We are proud that our center has the highest 4-star rating certified with the Texas Rising Star Program. The Director/Owner has been in the early childhood field for over 30 years; she provides direction and guidance to the staff, parents, and children with enthusiasm and motivation. In addition to high quality care, we also have teachers and staff who have a true passion for children! Our staff come from various background experiences and have extensive training in childcare. All teachers and staff undergo complete criminal history background checks, are CPR and first aid certified, and attend trainings and workshops throughout the year. Our friendly and loving teachers and staff are dedicated to help foster your child’s development as they play, learn, and grow! At our school, we offer Infant Care, Toddler, Early Preschool, and a school age After School program. We serve hot nutritional meals for a.m. snack, lunch, and supper everyday. We use the Frog Street Curriculum; which is a comprehensive, research-based curriculum serving birth to age five. This engaging and interactive curriculum celebrates the joy of learning as children travel down the road to success. At our school, we aim to ensure your child has a pleasant, clean, and fun place to learn, grow, and develop physically, emotionally, and socially.
