Our Teachers

Hello families! My name is Mrs. Uwandu. I have over 10 years of experience working in early childhood education. I am also a parent to two lovely children. I served some years working with my own children as a home school educator on the holidays and the summer breaks. I worked as a teacher assistant, substitute teacher, and school van driver.

Philosophy

At our school, we strive to create a warm loving learning environment. Our program is a place where children will build social skills and learn through different themes with music, story time, and outdoor play!

Location

Little Learners Academy is located in an apartment in the neighborhood of Lakewood. We are accessible through I-30 Highway via car, and by DART for public transport options. We are close to SS Connor Elementary school and Lakeland Hills Park! Our school has been thoughtfully designed to provide your children with a safe and fun learning environment. We have plenty of space for children to engage in learning and exploring, arts and crafts, as well as rest time, and provide supervised outdoor playtime on our patio.
