Hi, my name is Brinisha Hardin, and I’m the founder of Brinisha’s Child Care Program. As a mother of two, I understand how important it is to find a safe, caring, and trustworthy place for your children to grow and learn.
I started my program because I believe that children learn best through play and that every child is unique, with their own pace and style of learning. My goal is to create a warm and welcoming environment where children feel comfortable exploring, making friends, and building the confidence they need to succeed in school and in life.
Caring for children has always been my passion, and I am committed to supporting both kids and families on this early learning journey.
Philosophy
At Brinisha’s Child Care Program, we believe that children learn best through play. Play is the foundation for exploration, discovery, and growth. It nurtures creativity, sparks curiosity, and helps children develop essential social, emotional, and cognitive skills that prepare them for lifelong learning.
We also believe that each child is a unique individual with their own strengths, interests, and ways of learning. Every child deserves the time and space to grow at their own pace, supported by an environment that fosters respect, encouragement, and care.
Our program is designed to create a warm, inclusive, and nurturing atmosphere where children feel safe to explore, take risks, and build meaningful relationships. By balancing structured activities with free play, we strive to support the whole child—helping them develop confidence, independence, and a love of learning.

Welcome to Brinisha’s Child Care Program, a nurturing home away from home where children are encouraged to explore, grow, and thrive. Our program is rooted in the belief that children learn best through play and that every child deserves the opportunity to develop at their own pace.
With a focus on creating a safe, caring, and stimulating environment, we provide hands-on learning experiences that support each child’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth. Our small group setting allows us to build close relationships with families while giving every child the individual attention they need to feel valued and supported.

Admissions
We want to ensure that every family feels confident and supported before joining our program. Please note: Applications are only accepted after touring the program and speaking with the owner.
