Hello! My name is Patsy Nall and I am the founder of Nall’s Little Dreamers Lounge. I bring over 11 years of professional healthcare provider experience to my program. I know firsthand the stress of finding reliable childcare for 12-hour night shifts. I created this premium overnight lounge to bridge that exact gap for our local hospital workers. I want to combine my experience with a peaceful, secure sleep environment just 4 minutes from the hospital, my goal is to give you absolute peace of mind. You can focus on your patients knowing your little ones are safe, monitored, and resting soundly in expert hands.
Philosophy
At Nall’s Little Dreamers Lounge, our philosophy is built on three core values: Premium Sleep Hygiene, Elite Safety, and Family-Style Comfort.
- Premium Sleep Hygiene: We do not focus on traditional daytime academic curriculums. Instead, we specialize in high-quality overnight rest. We utilize calming evening wind-down routines, low-stimulation lighting, and gentle soothing techniques tailored to each child’s developmental age group to promote deep, restorative sleep.
- Elite Safety Over Everything: We believe peace of mind is the greatest gift we can give a working parent. Our program prioritizes strict Ohio safe-sleep compliance, continuous overnight monitoring, and an advanced, wirelessly interconnected emergency detection network.

Perfect for commuting healthcare workers, we are located in a quiet residential neighborhood just off Trimble Road, a brief 4-minute straight shot from OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital. Our location is situated right along a main hospital commuting corridor, making premium shift change drop offs and pick-ups completely seamless
About our program
Nall’s Little Dreamers Lounge in Mansfield offers a highly specialized, premium weekend overnight sleep program tailored exclusively for 12-hour hospital night shifts and essential personnel. Located just 4 minutes from OhioHealth Mansfield Hospital, our facility is operated by a dedicated provider with 11 years of professional healthcare experience and active advanced certifications in BLS, Soon certification in PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), and ACLS. Our ranch-style care room is built around an intentional, family-style age-integrated model (serving newborns to age 5), allowing siblings to stay together in a comforting, secure environment. Operating strictly Thursday through Saturday nights (6:30 PM – 7:30 AM) with a roster capped at 7 children per shift, we provide unmatched pediatric safety, premium scheduling predictability, and detailed morning care report cards so you can rest easy after your shift.
