Ms. Jessie Gao, MS in International Trade, has over 9 years of experience in early childhood education and a proven track record of creating successful childcare programs. Her journey began in May 2015 when she founded her first family daycare, We Do Care ECDP. Four years later, she co-established Oxbridge Preschool, which quickly earned a stellar reputation in the community. In 2023, she partnered to launch the Westchester Child Development Center, an after-school program that experienced rapid growth and success. In her unwavering dedication to both her own children and her passion for early education, Ms. Gao chose to return to her roots, founding another group family day care in her home. This allows her to continue pursuing her mission of nurturing young minds while being present for her family. Ms. Gao’s expertise spans caring for infants as young as six weeks to school-age children. She is a certified Positive Discipline Educator for both parenting and classroom settings, emphasizing the importance of instilling values and fostering a bright future for children through education. Driven by her love for children, Ms. Gao is committed to growing alongside them, creating a warm, enriching environment where every child can thrive.
All the staff who will be interacting with the children have completed reference checks, Health and Safety training required by the state of NY, infant and adult CPR, medical, and CBC checks.
Their records will be updated annually and will also receive professional development throughout their time in Little Wisdom.

Location
Our location is just a short walk from RSS Elementary, making it easy for children to get to our daycare after school. This convenient proximity allows parents to pick up their little ones effortlessly on their way home.
