Barbara Fuentes is currently the Owner and COO of Barbara’s Babies. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education and over 25 years direct classroom experience working with children ages 0-8. Utilizing her extensive expertise in the field, it is her commitment to ensure that this is a rewarding experience for children and their families.
Philosophy
Learning through play is important to a child’s development. The children at Barbara’s Babies are provided with the opportunity to play, share and learn with other children in a safe, loving Christian environment with an atmosphere of acceptance and warmth. Parents are supported in the difficult but rewarding task of child rearing.

Barbara’s Babies is currently located in the NorthWest area of North Las Vegas in the 89032 zip code, a few minutes East of where the Texas Station used to be. There is easy access to public transportation, schools, fast food, shopping, parks and recreational centers.

Admissions
The parent/guardian is responsible for submitting all enrollment forms for the child’s attendance. For the added health and safety of staff, the majority of our forms are electronic unless it is required to have a physical signature. All forms needing a signature will be provided by the center and will be signed in the center with the exception of documents needed by a physician. Whenever possible, we prefer documents that are sent home to be scanned and emailed to the center. In the event that it is not possible for the parents to scan documents, photos may be taken to submit electronically. The enrollment form is electronic, and you will need to sign an acknowledgement form. You will be given a hard copy of the parent handbook during the time of enrollment (the last page needing to be signed and returned) however an electronic copy will be emailed if additional copies are requested.
