Philosophy

As the Director of Tots@Work Child Care, I am a highly experienced professional with over 7 years of experience in the field of child care. I have received specialized training in areas such as child development, behavior management, and early childhood education. I am inspired by the desire to serve the community.

As the Childcare Director, my responsibilities include overseeing the day-to-day operations of the child care program, maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for the children in my care.

I am also responsible for developing and implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote social, emotional, and physical development in children. I work closely with parents to ensure that each child’s unique needs and preferences are met and that parents are kept informed of their child’s progress.

I am committed to staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field of child care and are always looking for ways to improve the services provided by Tots@Work Child Care.
