Philosophy

To provide a healthy, safe environment with age-appropriate activities in all the core areas; math and science, dramatic play, art, sensory, reading/writing, quiet area, manipulatives, small and large motor skill activities. I am passionate about partnering with homeschool parents to facilitate their child’s education while they are being cared for in my program.

Also, my goal is to have a rainbow of children that get along and embrace each other’s similarities and differences.

Location

My location is great because Alexander Villas Park is within walking distance of my house. This huge park has BBQ areas, climbing structures, a basketball court, a softball field, and a water play area. Also, it is not far from local schools and very near several Amazon Fulfillment Warehouses.

About our program

At Growing Places, we offer full-time, part-time, and drop-in care, incorporating academic support such as a preschool program and homeschool facilitation for ages TK - 14 years old. We provide 24-hour care to meet the needs of families who work a variety of different hours, including nights and weekends. Our goal is to make sure that families never have to worry about childcare even though their schedules may be out of the ordinary.
