Our Teachers

Eboni Tinner is the director of Eboni’s Family Learning Center. She has accumulated a significant amount of experience and involvement in the child care field. With 13 years of experience, including 3 years of volunteer work and 10 years of running her own in-home child care service, she has developed a strong foundation in providing care and support for children.

Additionally, Eboni’s participation in a child care college program for one year indicates her commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the field. This formal education provided her with valuable theoretical knowledge and practical skills.

Moreover, Eboni’s ongoing volunteer work with the community and non-profit organizations demonstrates her dedication to making a positive impact beyond her own child care business. This involvement reflects her desire to contribute to the well-being of children and families in her community.

Eboni Tinner’s combination of experience, education, and community involvement suggests that she is a passionate and dedicated professional to providing the best foundation at Eboni’s Family Learning Center.

Philosophy

Eboni’s Family Learning Center uses a play-based, family-oriented child care philosophy that places a strong emphasis on the importance of play in a child’s development, and recognizes the critical role that families play in a child’s life.

At our core, we believe that children learn best through play, and that play is essential to a child’s physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development. This philosophy allows us to create environments that are safe, engaging, and stimulating, and that provide children with ample opportunities to explore, experiment, and learn through play.

In a play-based, family-oriented childcare philosophy, our families are viewed as partners in the child’s learning and development. Teachers work closely with parents to understand their child’s unique needs, interests, and preferences, and to ensure that the care provided is consistent with the child’s home life. This approach recognizes that families are the primary source of care and support for children, and that it is important for teachers to work collaboratively with parents to promote a child’s growth and development.

Overall, play-based, family-oriented childcare philosophy is grounded in the belief that every child is unique, and that each child has his or her own learning style, interests, and strengths. By providing a safe, nurturing, and play-based environment, and by working closely with families, teachers can help children thrive and reach their full potential.

About our program

Eboni’s Family Learning Center is a learning center for children between the ages of 1-12 years old with a family-friendly approach. We aim to create a nurturing environment where children and their families can engage in educational activities together. Our learning center offers a variety of programs and resources designed to support early childhood development and learning.

Because we focus on developing the basics for a solid learning foundation, we prioritize fundamental skills and knowledge that serve as building blocks for further learning. This may include activities and lessons related to language and literacy, numeracy, problem-solving, social-emotional development, and other essential areas of early childhood education.

Eboni’s Family Learning Center provides resources and support for parents or caregivers to actively participate in their child’s learning journey. This could involve workshops, classes, or educational materials that help parents understand how to support their child’s development at home and create a collaborative learning environment.
