Our Teachers

Lillian Aguirre, CEO& Founder I am married to my college sweetheart since 2013. I am a daughter of God, a mother of 3, a friend, professional, and an individual enthusiastic about life itself. I grew up in Rosemead California with 3 brothers and 1 sister. Growing up in a family of 5 was filled with adventures, chaos and love which has taught me the importance of family and friends. I value faith, respect, honesty, integrity and full transparency in all things and interactions. I enjoy being around people and getting to know them, their culture and who they are. Things I like to do is spend time with family and friends, read, play sports and love Brazilian Jujitsu.

I have always had a desire to advocate and help those around me who needed a voice or couldn’t advocate for themselves. I have always strived to assist others in seeing the light within themselves and helping them see their own self worth. I naturally have had innate skills to be more empathetic and supportive in any role I’m in.

I was inspired to open the school with the help of my dear friend whom I trust my life with. I have experience working with children and adults with disabilities, or on the spectrum disorder. Throughout my experience parents would need to move out of state to further their child’s education, or find a specialized school geared towards their child’s need. I vision a school where children who interpret the world differently than the average person can come feel safe and learn things at their own pace and learn about their strengths.

My goal is to provide resources for individuals and families to modify and create their own learning environment and curriculum to fit their own educational needs. To support parents in having specialized courses for their children to thrive and functionally live in a changing society. May this school bless the lives of all who are part of the village in raising strong, kinds and well-rounded leaders.

Philosophy

Our philosophy is rooted in the Montessori Approach, which promotes rigorous self-motivated growth for children and adolescents in all areas of their development. The Pivotal Response Training targets crucial areas of a child’s development, leading to improvements in social skills, communication, behavior, and learning. Applied Behavior Analysis is applied systematically to enhance socially significant behaviors. We also strive to support students with disabilities or on the spectrum disorder, encouraging the holistic development of the whole child with a person-centered approach. Our education focuses on cultivating independent thought, motivation, foundational skills, and environmental awareness. We aim to instill empathy, social ease, and confidence while addressing spiritual, intellectual, and physical needs through enrichment classes.

Location

TBD, and this time we’re currently seeking a location and working with Clark County building department, contractors and architects. The selection of the location will be determined by ensuring building, zoning, space can be utilized for a school. In addition, we are seeking space for a specialized sensory playground to be built. Location to be announced via social media and website.
