I worked with City of Las Vegas as a Safe key Lead working at Elementary schools starting at Pre-K, I was a mentor and math tutor for Urban League ReXo Champ Program, I worked for Summer Business institute for Lawrence Weekly, I volunteered for community Summer School Program (Teach Them How to Learn) doing field trips and assistanting in teaching kids ages 2-15. I currently drive for the disabled adults and children working with the blind, autistic and hearing impaired. I am also an Army Veteran
Philosophy
I am focused more on children having fun and being able to express themselves. Curriculum is 2nd priority because children like to have fun while learning. I make learning fun. I am focused more on communication skills and working well with other children which is a life skill to be able to communicate effectively and team work. I also think its more important to teach children how to express themselves. I feel this;I didnt like the way he/she did that; I am happy or sad because this reason.
