Cheryl Robertson, Director & Principal Mrs. Robertson has a Master’s in Early Childhood Education and has been involved in the education of children for over 35 years. I believe that we are all brothers and sisters in Christ. As brothers and sisters, we give of our God-given time, talent, and treasure to the betterment of the school. We believe integrity is paramount: Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. Work hard. Do what you say you are going to do. Treat everyone fairly. And in school, always have the best interests of the students at the forefront of all decision making. Philosophy
My goals for our students are to inspire them to have a personal relationship with God, to teach them how to learn, and to encourage them to believe themselves. My goals as an administrator are to foster a strong learning environment, support the staff through collaboration and communication, and be an advocate for Catholic education.
Location
We are located in the heart of the city, Old Town. Easy access from I-40, and a short drive to downtown and UNM, SFDN is convenient for working families. Our students have walking access to Old Town Plaza, three museums and Tigue Park, and are close to the Zoo and the BioPark.
