Philosophy

Philosophy At LTCC, we believe that students are the foundation of our future. Our goal is to support the optimal development of every student in a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment. We value high-quality early education, recognizing that a student’s earliest experiences lay the groundwork for healthy growth and lifelong learning. Young students learn with their whole bodies—through seeing, listening, touching, exploring, and interacting with the world around them. Their caregivers, environment, and daily experiences shape their development through play and meaningful activities. At LTCC, we focus not only on academic learning but also on fostering positive early experiences that build social-emotional skills and help students form strong, healthy relationships with their surroundings. We recognize that physical development—both gross and fine motor skills—grows rapidly as students move and explore. Daily routines provide consistency that supports learning, and language development is strengthened through conversation, discussion, and active communication. Families and diverse cultures play a powerful role in shaping our students and our community. LTCC encourages strong, reciprocal relationships with families to maintain a healthy, supportive environment. Learning Together Childcare Center (LTCC ) is located right inside Kirtland Elementary School, offering a safe, convenient, and enriching before- and after-school program. Children stay in a familiar, secure environment while continuing to learn, play, and grow beyond the classroom—giving families peace of mind every day.

Admissions

At Learning Together Childcare Center (LTCC), we welcome children ages 3–10 (Early Pre-K through 5th Grade) for our before- and after-school programs and summer program.

School-Year Enrollment

Before & After School Program: Available for Kirtland Elementary School students only.

Focused on academic support, enrichment activities, and social-emotional growth.

Summer Program

Open to all children in the community.

Offers a variety of activities, including arts, music, science, recreation, and service learning.
