Our Teachers
My name is Caroline Nkwodimmah and I am the Director of Dominion Family Childcare. I have been a family child care provider for 8 years. I am a member of the New Jersey Family Childcare Provider Association (NJFCCPA) and have a Child Development Associate credential. I also have completed the NJFCCA Virtual Business Series and have been recognized for my work by the association. I am CPR certified. I love working with children and believe every child can learn. The earlier they can begin, the more they will be able to grow and develop. I was a school teacher in Nigeria for 20 years before coming to America and becoming a childcare provider and learned the importance of having a strong education from an early age. Children should be cared for so they can become kind, intelligent young adults who will contribute to society and their families.
